Witty and clever, Goldstar was one to keep attention easily. Though she was sweet, she did have a fiery side, and knew when she needed to unleash that side of her personailty. Sometimes she can be a bit of an attention hog, though, she doesn't do it on purpose. Since she had been captured by the trolls, she tried to break out, but, after many many attempts, she resigned herself to her fate and now is but a former shadow of herself. Mostly timid from the whips of the trolls, Goldstar learned that her outspoken ways were delt with, and normally in the most unpleasent ways possible.   History: First born to Breeze and Mistfall, Goldstar was the apple of her parents eyes. They knew that she would inhierit the healing powers from Mistfall and worked hard to cultivate it in her as a cub. She was close to her younger brother, even though he was more attuned to the wolfsong then the starsong, which sometimes frustrated her to no end. When her mother died, she felt the weight of the world on her shoulders, but fought not to show it. The only one who knew it nearly destroyed her was Sweetsong, but she helped her along and she grieved for her mother, but eventually moved on. Years and years later, her lovemate died on the great hunt. Goldstar was next to devestated but didnt have time to greive, for soon her father died on a herb gathering trip and her brother Prickle seemed to be as emotional over his death as she was over their mothers. Goldstar was deeply upset by the death of Sweetsong, but for her brother she had to remain strong. While she grieved privately, she tried and tried to help him out, but to no avail. This sadden her deeply. She missed her smiling younger brother as she missed her lovemate. But, one day, he was back, and that made the Healer happy again. With him being himself again, Goldstar was able to fully grieve for her lost lovemate and father. Now, not only was he back, but he showed a renewed interest in herbal healing, and Goldstar was not about to deny knowledge to him. So she taught him, and they became a great healing team and grew closer to him as siblings. Life went on for the siblings, and then out of the blue, her eyes met that of Hazel. It was a complete suprise! While she had been his lovemate off and on, having a recognized him changed things greatly. But, they worked through it, and became a loving family, even if they had their own spaces at times. She may have not been the perfect lifemate or mother, but she loved her family with her entire being, and would protect them at all costs. She had over a hundred turns with him and her son when the worst thing could happen to the healer. One day, while she was out hunting small game, she stumbled upon a troll party. A great fight ensued, but the elfess was over powered. A blow fell on the back of her head causing her to black out. when she was awoke, she felt for the wound and healed herself, noting all the blood and realizing her gold band was now gone. Her leathers were torn, in fact, there were actually missing pieces. But before she could figure out what was going on, she realized she was deep beneath the earth ..and there was her tribemates looking after her! What surprised the elfess was the fact that other elves of their tribe that they had thought dead, was actually alive! Though, her happiness at their survival turned to saddness as she was informed of what their life was now like. Goldstar was the newest elf forced into slave labour. The trolls had taken her weapons from her, but they couldnt take one. Her healing power. She used it to keep her folk healthey as much as she could, but once it was revealed that she was a healer, the trolls not only forced her to help with the clearing of tunnels, but to heal their sick taxing the poor elfess greatly. She realized that they would be the death of her and tried to escape again and again. But finally she realized that it was impossible to escape and resigned herself to her fate.
