Almond-shaped, with long black eyelashes framing her eyes. Hair: Pitch black with a warm, red shine to it when the sun shines on it. If let loose, it reaches down to her mid-back in long thick waves, but she usually keeps it tied up in a high ponytail or in a braid.   Build: Slender, with lean, strong muscles. Due to lack of enough food she doesn't have all the curves that most girls her age do, though her body-type shows that if she were properly fed she'd be curvy as well.   Special Marks: None. She's a fast healer and most wounds will close in a matter of days (depending on the wound) without leaving a scar. Special Posessions: None.   Weapons: Twin daggers, Sling, Bow&Arrow, unarmed.   Preferred Weapon: Used to be ranged weapons, but after three years in captivity she's developed a fondness of unarmed combat.   Character & History   Personality: Jade is a fiery girl who learns fast, very headstrong. Before she was taken by the trolls she was inquisitive, friendly and laid-back. It took a lot to annoy her or to make her angry. After having spent three years in captivity she's become rather reserved though, and where she would have responded with caution or fear before she now responds with violence and anger. She's spiteful and proud when it comes to the trolls and has developed a kind of I-don't-care attitude that caused her to feel the touch of the whip. All in all she's very loyal to those she thinks of as family or friends, and doesn't really care what the rest of the world thinks.   History: Jade was born to Ivory and Flawless, but they both died when she was little and she has almost no memories of them. Taellin took her in as she had been a good friend to Ivory, and Jade now considers the pureblooded elf her mother. She was a happy and carefree cub, always running around, coming up with mischief. The young cub absolutely adored learning how to hunt and guard, and never shied away from wrestling matches or any kind of challenge. If anybody said she couldn't do something it only served to make her want it more, and she would practice until she had mastered it and was able to overcome it. The young girl quickly showed an aptitude for ranged weapons, and there were few things she loved doing more than practicing or hunting with her sling or the bow. When she was 17 she felt the need to go on a Soul Search come over her and she packed a bit of dried meat and her sling and went into the forest. That was the last the tribe saw of her. The trolls ambushed her when she travelled a bit too far from the holt. How they managed to sneak up on the young huntress is still beyond her, but she wasn't able to smell them or hear them. All she heard was the cracking of a few twigs behind her and before she could react the world turned black. When she woke up she found herself chained deep underground, surrounded by tribesmates she had thought dead. The trolls soon discovered that even when she was whipped and beaten until she passed out Jade recovered much sooner than anyone else, her wounds healed faster and she regained her strength faster. This coupled with the fact that she never seemed to think twice before attacking them when she got the chance quickly turned her into a favoured subject for physical abuse, and they often found that it was easy to make an example out of her for the others. All the beating only made Jade bite her teeth together and work harder though, both at her chores and at disrupting everything she could for the trolls. Jade also took to taking the fall for some of the other slaves when she could, taking some of the heat off of them whenever possible.
