Is very fond of Iceglare and considers her the best friend she has, but gets slightly nervous when she offers to sleep in her den. Special Posessions: None.   Weapons: Poisoned darts, dagger, fishing net   Preferred Weapon: Darts   Character & History   Personality: While she was a happy and outgoing cub, Silhouette now seems the opposite. She is confident about her actions, knowing she is a good guard and hunter and pleased by the fact that she sometimes can even startle Preybird with her way of moving silently. She is less confident about her appearance and therefore, does not want to wear anything else than clothes that cover her entire body -- from neck to fingertips and from waist till toes. She loaths her scars but up until the point another healer arrives, she will have to live with them. Up till now, she has refused to take a lovemate for that matter, too -- the only one who knows the severity of the scars is Wolfsbane. Silhouette prefers sending over speaking -- in fact, she will barely speak at all. Communication through sending is what she usually does. She is more a listener than a talker, and thinks before she acts, mostly because she avoids close relationships. She has friends somewhat closer to her than others, though, but tries to keep a safe distance between her and Slyfox. Even if there's an argument, she will not even think of raise her voice, but the cold glance in her light eyes will say enough. Because of her accident, she is not very eager to leave the holt's near surroundings but unlike Berrywine, she will hunt in the nearby area. Furthermore, she has taken a liking in fishing and enjoys the sight of Iceglare standing still until she finally grabs a fish with her bare hands.   History: Born to the wolflike Wolfears (in appearance too, with long fangs and fluffy ears) and the lightheaded Vision, young Sparrow grew up in an odd family. Her father doted her, but her mother was a strange creature to her. Vision, claiming she could sometimes speak with the deceased ancestors of the tribe and could foresee important happenings (sometimes, though freaky, she was right), tried to convince her to stay with her, instead, but Sparrow moved in her father's den when she was at the age of six. Taking after her father, she grew up quickly, influenced the wolfpack. Because Wolfears spoiled her, Sparrow matured slowly but was a happy, outgoing cub who could imitate a snarling wolf almost perfectly. She went on a soulsearch when it started pulling on her, and by that time she was already nineteen turns old. A season passed, with Sparrow gone, until Vision screamed out that something was wrong with her daughter. A small search party went out and found the young adolescent dying, her guts ripped open by a bear. Sparrow was wrapped in wrapstuff and taken back to the holt, where the healer Goldstar succeeded in stopping the inner bleedings before being exhausted. A year later, both Wolfears and Goldstar disappeared and Sparrow, far from being healed completely, was taken in by her mother again who kept her inside while her wounds slowly healed, but the scars would stay forever. In 1995, Vision convinced Whitedoe to go with her and gather herbs for Sparrow, but never returned, and when Halfnote went up to Vision's den, Sparrow said she already knew her mother was gone. Teased by Slyfox, she was named Halfear because she missed the tip of her left ear. Halfear took a liking in Ripple. When Ripple told her that she was convinced she could find her soulname when she was only eight, Halfear stalked her into the woods. She barely saved Ripple from a wandering troll. Later, when Ripple was home safely, the cub declared that the troll was killed by a silhouette, and Halfnote granted her the name. Recently Silhouette has taken a liking in Wolfsbane, but because her insecurity she won't show it. She is shy, and hangs out more around the holt than with the pack. If possible, she will snatch away the food of any elf not paying attention to the food, and is happy to have the leftovers.
