Her thick boots are made for heavy weather - they're big, sturdy and brown in color. Thin Clothes (Spring/Summer): Taellin prefers soft, thin cotton in the warmer seasons. She usually wears a thin, purplish shirt with wide, long sleeves; you can almost see through the shirt. Over this, she wears a jumper-like dress of a fine, blueish white cotton that reaches just above her knees. She is always full of advise, wanted or not, and if not, can appear to be a know-it-all. She claims that she actually knows so because she's been there and seen it before, sometimes not wanting to acknowledge that history doesn't repeat itself. She feels some jealousy towards the wolfriders, who live in the now and have sharper senses than she has. Despite the removal of her wolf blood, she is still proud of being partially a wolfrider. Taellin is a very strong sender, capable of spreading a far greater range than the wolfriders which makes her proud and a feeling of being useful, next to her knowledge of the tribe's history. The strength can sometimes be manipulative, but she hardly uses it so (she did so, when her cubs were little and reckless, to keep them in place). The lenght of her life makes her sometimes melancholic -- she has lost so many family members and friends over the centuries, that she sometimes needs a push into the Now. The last of these was her adoptive daughter Jade, who never returned from her soul search. She knows these things happen, but tries to keeps her hopes up.   History: Taellin is the oldest elf around the holt's area, and next to Kearen, she's the only pureblooded elf. She wasn't always pureblooded, though. Her mother, Faellen, resented the fact that she had recognized a Wolfrider and wanted him out of her life. When Taellin was four years old, she went to the firstborn healer Mireth, and pleaded her to remove the poisoned blood that made her daughter mortal and a creature of this world. Stormdancer never took this lightly, and always strongly remembered Taellin of the fact that she was, in fact, half Wolfrider by birth. She accepted this, resembling her father in appearance. She inherited her golden wolflike eyes and her ravenblack hair from him. Wolf Friend (not bonded)   Name: Ravvit   Rank: Omega Age: 9   Gender: Female Personality: Ravvit wouldn't have survived her birth if Taellin hadn't been there to save her. She was a weak pup, casted out by her mother and Taellin took her in, nurturing her till she was fullgrown. Ravvit sees Taellin as her mother, even though she doesn't smell wolf-like at all. She is a shy wolf and the smallest of the pack, since she is always last to eat. She sticks close to the elves for protection.
