Personality:
Whisperleaf is a bit scatterbrained, which leads to her being clumsy at the worst moments. She loves to help others though, and will offer to help even the grumpiest elves in the holt. She’s at her best when she’s creating clothes, loving the sensation of creating something functional and pretty and being good at it. She loves sweet things, and can easily be bribed with honey and other sweets.
History:
She always was a bit clumsy, even as a child, wandering after brightly colored butterflies (or something else that sparked her interest) and falling into a hole, walking into a tree or stumbling into a creek. Her parents hoped that it would fade when she got older, but her daydreaming got worse.
After her second hunt, which resulted in the scar on her face and a lot of angry, muddy and bruised tribesmates, she was forbidden to join the hunt again until she would ‘grow up’. Instead, she decided to stick to gathering, as she wouldn’t get in the way of others that way.
After getting her clothes dirty with all kinds of juices, mud and other things, she decided to experiment to see how different kinds of substances could turn into different colors. Afterwards, she decided to be an apprentice to the current tanner, hoping she could be useful to the tribe that way.
After her recognition with Greenthorn, the two stayed together as lovemates. She was crazy about him, and his disappearance not long before the birth of Gale deeply shocked her, making her lose touch with reality for a while. After Gale's birth, she disappeared as well, returning two moons later while seriously malnourished and sleep-deprived. She can’t remember anything from that period, but she does know she doesn’t want to part with her son again.
